A variety of watermelon with green peel and white pulp newfound by chance by a small Farmer of Viadana. Unknown by the most, it was proposed by Paola encouraging its cultivation.
Because of its herby flavour, it is ideal with mature cheeses such as Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Castelmagno, but its ideal accompaniment is fatty charcuterie like bacon or lardo (bacon-fat).
